Thought for today 04.05.20

THE LABOUR PARTY did not release a statement from current Leader Keir Starmer to mark International Workers Day on May Day. We only have the May Day statement from Jeremy Corbyn to enjoy (see yesterday’s “Thought”). However, Starmer did manage to say the following on Twitter.

“To mark #MayDay I’d like to thank all our brilliant key workers, especially the 47 newly qualified doctors who have come across the country and the world to work at the Whittington Hospital.”
