Three East Londoners in court over conspiracy to burgle

A MAN FROM Romford and two people from Tower Hamlets were booked to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court last week to answer charges that they had conspired to commit burglary.

Sorin Marcovici, 52, of Dagenham Road, Romford, was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary with intent to steal between 6th and 12th December 2019.

Maria Mester, 47, and Emil-Bogdan Savastru, 29, were both charged with conspiracy to burgle between 30th November and 1st February and with concealing criminal property.  Savastru was also charged with having custody or control of a counterfeit of a currency note and attempting to remove criminal property.

The three were joined at the Magistrates’ Court by Alexandru Stan, 49, from Harrow. The four are due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court later this month.
