Romford social media lead ends in charges

ATTEMPTED MURDER, dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance are the crimes with which Michael Fasan, 28, of Kidman Close, Romford, has been charged.

Fasan was charged last Thursday, 23rd August – having been arrested, along with a second man, on Wednesday. He was due to appear in Barkingside Magistrates’ Court the following day.

The charges arise out of an incident involving the driving of a car – which was filmed and then circulated on social media. The second man, and a third man who was arrested later, have both been released while further investigations continue.
