Cllr Asma Begum, Bow West, Tower Hamlets, Deputy Mayor and Cabinet Member for Community Safety, Youth and Equalities, Twitter, 2nd December – accompanying an announcement that 15 people have been arrested for drugs offences in Tower Hamlets, Essex and Herts. We await a follow-up Tweet on what Tower Hamlets Council is doing to help drug users detox and rehabilitate and to help young people avoid drug use.
