Exist! Protest! Return!

LOCAL HUMAN RIGHTS activists are working hard to remind fellow East Londoners of the struggle of the Palestinian people in the run up to the annual national demonstration in solidarity with displaced Palestinians.

The demonstration, on 11th May, has been called by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC), which points out that the state of Israel “continues to flout international law and violate human rights.” PSC calls on everyone to hold the Israeli state to account for its oppression of the Palestinian people – and to work to end this oppression.

The Tower Hamlets PSC & Twin Jenin Group will be leafletting in Tower Hamlets in the week before the demonstration and is inviting local activists who support the Palestinian cause to help out.

To help out with leafletting in Tower Hamlets, contact the Tower Hamlets PSC & Twin Jenin group on:

To learn more about the issue and solidarity campaigns, and to show your support for the Palestians locally, go to the public meeting in Newham on 29th April (details below).

Exist! Resist! Return! Join the national demonstration on Saturday, 11th May. Assemble at 12 noon in Portland Place (Oxford Circus Tube) and march to Whitehall.
