ACE BADMINTON CLUB, led by community stalwart Abu Bakar Ahmed, has won the Badminton Bangla League. Mr Ahmed has been leading the flagship community club for several years, and his perseverance has paid off with this notable silverware.
Apart from taking part in competitions, the club promotes youth activities and better health through a mixture of talented young and veteran players.
Abdul Salik, a player for ACE Badminton, commented, “ACE Badminton Club is a special organisation and congratulations to Abu Bakkar Ahmed, who has worked tirelessly for so many years. This silverware is much deserved – well done to the committee and players.”
