Woman charged after double murder in Ilford

TWO MEN were murdered in Ilford on 10th January this year. Both died at an address in Tavistock Gardens after being stabbed. Just three days later, a man was charged with murder.

Now, as part of the investigation into the murder, a woman has been charged with committing an act or a series of acts with intent to pervert the course of justice.  She has been named as Aurika Sivolova, 53, of Prince Regent Lane, Plaistow, E13. She is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on 28th May.

The man charged with the murder of the two victims, Vytautas Garmus, 51, appeared in Court on 13th January and was remanded in custody. He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on 4th March.
