Tuna recalled because “use by” date is wrong

THERE HAS been a “labelling error” with Waitrose own-brand Tuna Pate. The label on the tubs states that the “use by” date is 17th December. In fact, the correct “use by” date is 17th October.

The tuna comes in a 115g pack. It is unsafe to eat. If you have a tub of this tuna pate, please do not eat it. You should take it back to your nearest Waitrose store, where you should receive a full refund.
