WHAT WILL our “new normal” look like? To inform our debate, our “thoughts” this month will feature quotes from iconoclasts who want to see freedom, equality and justice for the many.  The Lockdown has turned many of our expectations about society on their heads: our formal leaders issue bursts of hot air that is confusing, while the people on the ground at on the front line know the reality. Does the Prime Minister inspire confidence?  Why can’t the people lead? Here’s two quotes from Eleanor Roosevelt on the question of leadership.
