A BOY HAS been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article after an incident in Ilford in which a 20 year old man was stabbed. He is just twelve years old – not even a teenager.
The stabbing took place on 12th March. The emergency services were called to Marlands Road, Ilford, and found the stabbing victim. The victim was taken to an East London hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life threatening. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
The young suspect was taken into custody and was charged the same day. He appeared at Barkingside Youth Court the following day, when he was released on bail. He is due to return to Court in early April.
