What if there were no NHS?

The Royal College of Nursing took part in the NHS Day of Action on 5th June.

NHS staff have had their pay frozen for three years, and this year the Government has said it will give some NHS workers just a 1% “increase” – keeping their pay worth less than it was when the Government came to office.

Alongside the pay cuts, the Government is also underfunding the NHS and forcing it to channel money to private health companies, which take a slice of public money for their profits.

Here’s some photos of RCH members out on 5th June: East Londoners support you!
