Community exhibition and talk at the Hedgecock

THE BANK HOLIDAY saw an open day exhibition on Muslim Contribution in Science organised at the Hedgecock Community Centre.

In addition Shaikh Abdur Rahman Madani presented a short talk on the Quran and took part in a Q&A session.

Shabbir Kawsar from the organising team commented, “The exhibition was a good way to engage our community and to provide information on our faith as well as to highlight the great contributions we make to society. The visual displays were very helpful and volunteers were on hand to take questions.”

The event ended with refreshments for attendees.
