Apply for the Mayor’s Cup

Following the success of the Mayor’s Cup Tournament in 2014, the Mayor of Tower Hamlets, Lutfur Rahman, is inviting teams to apply to take part in the prestigious competition, now in its fifth year. The 11-a-side tournament will take place on the weekends of 11-12th and 18-19th April 2015. There will be three categories: adults, youths (under 14, 16 and 18) and juniors (under 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12). The heats of the male and female youth and adults competitions will be held on the first weekend at Victoria Park on the winter league pitches (near the changing rooms). Junior heats the following weekend will be at the Astro Turf pitches at Mile End Stadium. The finals for all age groups will take place on Sunday April 19, at Mile End Stadium, Rhodeswell Road, London E14 7TW.
