Iftar 1000 family to hold fun day at St Matthias

The Iftar 1000 team is planning a family fun day on Saturday, 28th May – and it’s extending invitations to the community to come along and support their charitable initiatives.

The fun day will take place at St Matthias Old Church and Community Centre, Poplar High Street, London E14 0AE. Activities on the day will include a cake bake sale, henna, face painting, table tennis competition and a charity auction.

Iftar 1000 spokesperson Shahaveer Hussain said: “We are astonished by the support we have received. It would be amazing to see our wellwishers on the day and enjoy a catch up. There are so many people less fortunate than us and together we can make a huge difference.”
