SANDEL SERBU died in Ilford on 12th November last year. Now police from the Homicide and Major Crime Command have released the names and pictures of two men they wish to question in connection with his death.
The London Ambulance Service was called out at around 2.45am, early on Sunday morning, 12th November to deal with a seriously injured man who was at the junction between High Road and Connaught Road in Ilford.
The Ambulance Service took Sandel Serbu – a 36 year old Romanian national also known as Sorin and Braileanu – to an East London hospital. They also called the police. Serbu died an hour or so after reaching hospital.
Now the police are looking for: •Razvan Stoica, 26, who also uses the names Razvan Vlagescu and Jessie; •and Araman-Nardi Stoica, 24, who also uses the name Nardi Gladiatoru.
Razvan is also Romanian. He is described as 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build. Araman-Nardi is described as 5ft 11 ins tall and of medium build. Both men are known to frequent the areas of Redbridge, Newham and Barking.
Detective Inspector Paul Considine of the Homicide and Major Crime Command, who is leading the investigation, said, “We need to speak to these men in connection with Sandel’s brutal murder. Whilst we have made a number of arrests, and charged two men, its important we trace Razvan and Araman-Nardi . I would urge anyone who may recognise them or knows of their whereabouts to contact police immediately.”
