Hallowe’en assault: can you help?

Police are appealing for information following an assault outside a house party in Barking. The 15-year-old male victim was a guest at a party in Crossness Road, Barking, on Hallowe’en (31st October).

At around 9.30pm, he confronted a group of would be gate-crashers outside the residential property. One of the suspects held the victim while another threw an unknown liquid into his face. The liquid was later found to be harmless and the victim did not suffer any lasting injuries.
