THE EASTBURY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION in Barking & Dagenham has held its first ever badminton tournament.
Twenty teams participated during a very popular event day. Guests included local councillors Faruk Choudhury, Longbridge, and Eastbury Member Foyzur Rahman.
Md Afraj Miah, who was a chief guest, said, “Badminton is a lesser known phenomenon and today has been great in promoting health and also friendships. We look forward to more positive activities in the future.”
