Deaf run is back!

By admin1

August 10, 2017

THIS YEAR’S August Bank Holiday weekend will once again have the Deaf Run as its centrepiece. This year’s event – the eighth – will take place in Mile End Park on Saturday, 26th August and is once again being run by the Al-Isharah charity.

Once again the event will feature a charity fundraising run and will also highlight support and resources available for deaf children in Tower Hamlets. However, there will also be lots of other attractions at this family event, including the now infamous tug of war competition and the mighty Super-spicy HOT wings challenge. Admission is free.

For full information on the run itself and on the other attractions of the day, go to: http://www.alisharah.com/deafrun2017/
