Bradford City to host Palestine Charity Shield

EAST LONDON-BASED Flamengo Jumiors FC are delighted to announce details of the Palestine Charity Shield, which will be held in association with the BEAP Community Partnership, The Football Supporters Federation, Sporting Bengals and Kick It Out’s Imrul Gazi, West Riding County Association and Trent Energy. 

A special charity game will take place between Flamengo and the renowned Bangla Bantams at Valley Parade Bradford City to help raise funds for the first ever Palestinian Girls orphanage school.

The Flamengo Juniors Football Club is one of East London’s finest amateur football clubs, playing football the Brazilian way. The team has some of the most talented and exciting youngsters and the charity football project has raised thousands of pounds through playing football.

This year the team is hoping to break a new record with bigger games, bigger venues and bigger projects. It’s calling on amateur and pro teams to secure fixture dates and be part of this fantastic legacy and aim to unite local communities through sports.

Flamengo Juniors FC thank BEAP Community Partnership, which works with members of Bradford’s youth community to raise awareness of issues and hep build a better future for those less fortunate, and Bangla Bantams for helping raise money to build the first girls orphanage in Palestine.
